This story is about Gyun woo (Cha Tae hyun), a overemotional - his parents fault for raising him a girl - geek who has few tendencies to watch dirty pictures instead of studying. Being a failure in a lot of things in his life, one thing he has for sure: compassion towards other people. One day he happens to see a drunk girl (Jun Ji hyun) inches from the railway, whom he then saves, only to be stuck on her. Next morning, after several incidents - she throws up in the train, he takes her to a motel since people think they are together, he takes a shower in order to wash off the vomit of his cloths, he gets arrested by the police then released - the girl calls him to scold him. When they meet, she decides that she wants to ’date’ him, meaning he has to show up whenever she calls him and do whatever she asks him to. Slowly but surly these to completely different people start to not only understand each other, but becomes each others trust.
Eish! (Korean way of expressing annoyance) That’s the only word I can come up with. This movie is: Eish! So now you’re thinking: positive eish or negative eish? Answer: positive. Now you’re thinking: positive? How can annoyance be positive? Answer: Easy, I’m annoyed that it was so short… I mean the first hour I had a hard time, but the rest was brilliant! (I think the first half was for laughs only *nod nod*)
I saw this movie because of Cha Tae Hyun, watched him in Family Outing, and loved his carefree character/personality. And to be honest I’ve become a fan! Aja! As for the girl, good, not that annoying sassiness, more of a Lee Hyori feel.. Haha!
Anyway… It’s good, you should watch it ^^
