The drama focuses on the home and work life of our heroine Lee Soo Kyung (Lee Soo Kyung), a divorced woman in her early thirties who is content to live alone. The one thing she can’t quite reconcile is her abiding love of delicious food, and her inability to eat out alone. She’s a foodie who enjoys trying every new restaurant under the sun, and avidly follows food blogs to feed her ever-growing appetite. Her favorite is a strange blog called ‘Let’s Eat’ that only uploads photos of empty dishes—a sign that a place has to be scrape-your-plate-clean delicious in order to be worthy of a post. Her next-door neighbor to the left is Gu Dae Young (Yoon Doo Joon), a smooth-talking man in his late twenties who tramps around in sweats most of the time, and can be overheard telling a different girl each day that he’s two minutes away from wherever he’s supposed to meet her, even though he’s still standing in his hallway. Basically, Soo Kyung’s first impression of him is that he’s a liar and a playboy.

Warning: Do not watch this drama while hungry, DO NOT! It’s torturing if you’re hungry, and it will make you hungry if you’re full. Solution: watch while eating. You could mostly call Let’s Eat a slice-of-life drama about our heroine, and by extension the three neighbors who share a hallway. You could also call the show a commercial in drama clothing. The food sequences that were featured in every episode were highly indulgent, and often felt like we were taking a legitimate commercial break. What keeps it then, from becoming an extended food commercial, is a thoughtful tone and an earnest portrayal of characters who are consistent and well-rounded. I was pleasantly surprised by Yoon Doo-joon in this role. I think it helps that Dae Young is a quirky character, and a guy with a sunny disposition and a quick comeback for everything. He really has a lot of fun with the Angry Foodie segments—basically once every episode. He totally goes for the comedy, which made me like him. The romance wasn’t one that had scorching chemistry or even a great deal of development, but it was squarely in cute and fun territory.

My Love, Eun Dong Review

This drama is about a man who has it all, yet is unable to possess the love of a woman he is unable to forget, whom he has been loving for the past 20 years. In 1995, Park Hyun Soo (Junior) is an energetic 17-year-old boy when he meets 13-year-old Ji Eun Dong (Lee Ja In), an orphan who still has a positive outlook on life. Hyun Soo’s heart is awakened by Eun Dong but she suddenly disappears before he could really get to know her. In 2005, Hyun Soo now goes by the stage name Ji Eun Ho (Baek Sung Hyun) and aspires to become an actor. When he bumps into Eun Dong (Yoon So Hee) again after 10 years, the two fall deeply in love. But again without warning, Eun Dong disappears without a trace. In 2015, Eun Ho (Joo Jin Mo) is now a top actor who has the fame and wealth he has always wanted. But what he doesn’t have is the love of his life to share his success with. So Eun Ho decides to write an autobiography that details his love for Eun Dong over the past 20 years in the hopes of locating her. He hires a ghostwriter, Seo Jung Eun (Kim Sa Rang), to help him write the book. After he dictates his stories of Eun Dong, he sends them to Jung Eun to transcribe and incorporate into his book. But why do these stories sound vaguely familiar to Jung Eun?

I fell for this drama from the first episode, the story was different and backstory was well thought out. The way the whole drama was executed, was beautiful. I feel like every single detail was carefully thought through and put in the correct sequence. Of course while you watch it, you get impatient and want to know how all this would end for the couple, but now that I’m done with the drama I somehow understand that the whole process was for me (and you) to understand that deep feeling and desperation to accept the ending. It was hard for me to accept the ending, but I actually used a day to think it through and my conclusion is that it was realistic and faithful for the whole drama.
 Ah, one more thing I want to highlight, in lots of drama when the future is linked with the past, you get an enormously amount of flashbacks, and this one is no exception. However the flashbacks are always a new scene or from another perspective so you never get the feeling of a repeated scene all over the drama. So… Perfect I want to cry. The cast were all so emotional and were the perfect fit for the characters, they really made a storm of feelings. While we are at it, I can’t get Kim Sarangs elegance out of my head, she really is naturally beautiful, and as a girl I do feel slightly jealous :b
Overall this drama definitely is one of the best of 2015, it wasn’t even on my list to watch but I ended up marathon it for 2 days.

Gong Ki Tae (Yun Woo Jin) is a wealthy, handsome plastic surgeon, who doesn’t believe in marriage. He believes that his life is perfectly planned, and being single is the only option he accept. However, his family is badgering him to marry. But as fate wants it, he meets Joo Jang Mi (Han Groo), while she is proposing to his best friend Lee Hoon Dong (Huh Jung Min). This is where Gong Ki Tae gets a brilliant idea, and wants Joo Jang Mi to act as his fiancée, because he know his family would never accept her as their daughter-in-law and he would never fall for her. His plan would be a success, if not his family were so desperate for him to get married, that they accepted Joo jang Mi, and the wedding preparations started.

When I first heard about this drama, I was so happy and thrilled to see Yun Woo Jin as the lead actor, and I hoped this would be his break-out drama, I only remember him from Ojakgyo Brothers, and he didn’t really have a big role there, but it was enough for me to fall for him.
The summary of this drama made me even more excited and I looked forward to a hilarious drama. Maybe that’s why I was disappointed, I expected more than what I got.
The first 2 episodes were really exciting and amusing, and I couldn’t wait for the lead actors to be a couple. But it ended out as a really dragged out drama, so much that the main chemistry between those two disappeared. I ended up just watching the drama, because I had to finish it. But if you are a big fan of 2AMs Jinwoon, and you need a drama just for fun, then this is a pretty good choice, just don’t make the same mistake as me and expect a whole lot, because you’re not going to get it.
